American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) is the national trade association of the processed dairy products industry. We represent manufacturers/marketers of dry & evaporated milks, whey products, lactose, and cheese. Our mission is to become the most effective communicator of the positive attributes and benefits for the dairy products we represent.
