Technologies used focuses on food recycling with red worms (vermicomposting) and environmental education to advance smarter food recycling practices in our communities, municipalities and academic agencies. UWF is optimizing a process on food composting to achieve sustainability and conservation of the environment through the use of the Earth's own creatures to return vital nutrients back to the soil without the use of pesticides, insecticides and other chemicals known to cause harm.
